3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.
Payments are securely processed via Cashfree Payment Gateway.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully completed or verified.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or operational issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Products must be used strictly as instructed. Improper use, excessive force, or misuse may cause discomfort or injury, for which sanvior holds no responsibility. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Sanvior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
