Refund policy

At Sanvior, we value our customers and strive to provide quality products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product received is incorrect

Refunds will NOT be issued for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Personal preference
  • Minor color variation (due to lighting or screen differences)

This is non-negotiable.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

To raise a request, contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or unboxing video of the product
  • Description of the issue

3. Return Approval Process

  • Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days.
  • If approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • If the request does not meet our policy criteria, it will be rejected.

Decision made by Sanvior will be final.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
  • Incorrect or incomplete payment details may delay the refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear or use

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
